Due to the new Spanish animal welfare law, we are no longer breeding dogs.
We strongly disagree with how the Spanish authorities have designed the new law,
by eliminating hunting dogs and other farm animals from the animal protection & welfare law, so that they still have to suffer and be tortured to death after use.
As owners of hunting dogs, we can NOT accept such a violation of animal rights. Therefore, we have chosen to end our breeding until we have moved from Spain in the near future.  

We are a small family, now living in Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain. 

Our 4-legged family consist of Chihuahua, Whippet, Yorkshire Terrier, German Shepherd....

HENNESSEY HOUND kennel got it`s name after one of the fastest cars in the world, Hennessey Venom gt.

No wonder we had to choose a name like that with our

4-legged "racers", -the Whippet, in the family. 

 

HENNESSEY HOUND kennel is registered the

Federation Cynologique Internationale (FCI).

The name was recognised by NKK and FCI in February 2016.

After moving to Spain, we are now a member of the

Real Sociedad Canina, España. (RSCE) and the Spanish Chihuahua Club:

CFRCE (Club para el Fomento de la Raza Chihuahua en España)

Hennessey Hound will never become a big kennel,

nor have many litters. 
We breed for the joy and love of it. Between one-three litters a year. No more.
Our main goal is to breed healthy, playful and lovable family dogs, with the best temperament and personalities, hopefully with super quality body-types and with good features.
